How can I contact support?
Email us at support@hardwaretest.org and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Please include your browser, OS, and a description of the issue.
Can I request a new tool?
Yes, we welcome tool requests. Send us your suggestion along with a description of what the tool should test and why it would be useful. We prioritize new tools based on user demand and technical feasibility within the browser environment.
Do you offer ads or partnerships?
We display advertising through Google AdSense. For other partnership proposals, content collaborations, or sponsorship inquiries, please reach out via email with details about your proposal.
How do I report a bug?
To report a bug effectively, please include your browser name and version, your operating system, the specific tool that has the issue, and the steps to reproduce the problem. Screenshots are extremely helpful. Send all of this to support@hardwaretest.org.
Can I translate the site?
Yes, the site supports multiple languages. If you would like to contribute a translation for a language we do not currently support, or if you notice a translation error, please contact us. Community contributions to translation quality are always appreciated.
